Oh, sugar sugar

Here’s one for anyone over 8 years old with a sugar craving. Well that’s 99 per cent of the population then and the 14 million Great British Bake Off viewers. There’s a film about the dangers of sugar and it’s called That Sugar Film, a documentary about one man’s journey to discover the bitter truth about
sugar. Damon Gameau documents the effects of a high sugar diet on a healthy body, he didn’t eat sugar for three years and then scoffed as much as he could but eating only foods that are commonly perceived as ‘healthy’.
