Storystock at the Bush

Tickets are already selling for Storystock the travelling story circus for children 0-13 at the Bush Theatre (sponsored by Angels and Urchins Magazine) in half term 28th-30th October. Stories will be brought to life by Children’s Laureate Chris Riddell (Goth Girl), literary legend Judith Kerr (Tiger Who Came to Tea), Sarah McIntyre & Philip Reeve (Oliver & The Seawigs), Jamila Gavin (Coram Boy), Kristina Stephenson (Sir Charlie Stinkysocks) and many more. Roll up for live literature shows including The Hip Hop Shakespeare Show, Michael Morpurgo’s I Believe in Unicorns, The Harry Potter Show, the premier of the Myth Marathon and The Diary of the Wimpy Kid show. There will be creative workshops from animation to Caractacus Pott’s science workshop. For the under fours The Storytent will host stories read by the Blue Kangaroo, the Tiger, Alice and her Wonderland friends, and favourite fairy tale characters. There will also be new coding workshops for kids, and grown up events from How to Be a Children’s Writer to parenting talks with Noel Janis-Norton, Karen Doherty, Mark Woods, Toby Young and Tom Hodgkinson. bushtheatre
