Seven minute workout

UnknownI love this app. On holiday with no time or no inclination to exercise? Simply download this app and press start and you are taken through 12 exercises with a 10 second rest between each one. You can repeat the circuit several times or if you are very lazy like me and there is a large glass of cold white wine beaconing then once is really better than nothing. Exercises include all the usual suspects, jumping jacks, press ups, the plank and lunges. Other benefits are explained by the app, most appealing is the suggested increase in metabolism which indicates the white wine will be burned off at a faster rate. You can earn or pay – 69p – for some different exercises if you get bored. For now I am happy with the jumping jacks (hate the high knees running). Win win. 7minuteworkouttimer
