Big Garden Birdwatch

Nearly forgot that it’s the RSPB’s Big Garden Birdwatch this weekend. In Notting Hill there is a pocket of special special birds, and 26 different types were counted in a garden near you. So for fellow birders all you have to do is sit and watch out of your window for an hour and see how many different types of birds you can see. I’m surprised this isn’t sponsored by The Idler Academy. Don’t forget a nice bag of maltesers to suck while you watch, and a flask of hot stuff. Some binoculars? A safari hat?  rspb
