Portobello on ice and more

Unknown-2You will be able to skate on Portobello Green from 12-29th December. Information is tight on this one but suffice it to say there will be ice, skates, a Christmassy feel and it is open from 10am-10pm and costs £5 for adults and £3 for children. No more trekking around London for outdoor rinks now there’s one on our doorsteps under the Westway. www.westwaysportscentre

Love, Nina at Lutyens and Rubinstein

On 2nd December at 7pm Nina Stibbe will be in conversation with Nick Hornby in Lutyens and Rubinstein. Tickets cost £8 and come with wine. Nina Stibbe is the author of the hilarious book, Love, Nina, based on letters she wrote home in the 1980s when she was a nanny for a London Literary family. I’m thinking great christmas present, a signed copy. www.lutyensrubinstein.co.uk
