Poetry consequences at NH bookshop

On 30th July, The Notting Hill Bookshop will host a night of poetry with a twist. The group will collectively write a poem and then perform the piece at the end of the evening. Hosted by Benjamin Xavier Lovegrove who explains that participants will follow the same rules as those used while playing the game ‘Consequences’ – so will be allowed to see the end of what the previous person contributed before writing the next line, until a poem that The Beats would be proud of emerges. Intrigued? Then pop along for a night of fun, literary stimulation and…. you can write the last line. Starts at 7pm and is open to all. events
