Perfect pop in gym

A new really cool gym and cafe has opened behind the Non-Stop Party Shop on Kensington High Street. Called Core Collective, every lesson is 45 minutes, with spinning circuit training and TRX (it works your whole body with hundreds of exercises and sounds a bit tiring) for balance and strong core. There is also pilates, and there will be kettle bell training and boxing lessons on the agenda. There’s no membership, you pay per session from £26 in one of the three rooms, or you can buy blocks of tickets which ends up less expensive. It opened last May and is son of Peter, Jason de Savary’s, first gym. It’s really great and friendly too. core-collective
