Film Music Christmas concert

Notting Hill Orchestra for Film Music returns with an exciting Christmas program featuring a set of classic film soundtracks including Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Mission Impossible, Jurassic Park, Les Miserables and many more. The orchestra was founded by pianist Rossi Dusheva and her sister Ivelina Dusheva-Martial who plays violoncello along with professional and non-professional musicians and singers working and living in London.

If you want to join you could go along to an audition. There’s a range of musical abilities within the orchestra,  but playing standards tend to be roughly Grade 7 and 8 and rehearsals take place every Friday from 7.30pm at St Georges Church, Notting Hill. Rehearsals are in the form of a workshop guided by professional musicians and amateur musicians will have the opportunity to play alongside professional musicians.

The concert will take place in St Johns Church, Notting Hill on Saturday 10th December from 7.30pm. Tickets are £12 online or £15 at the door. Children under 7 free. nottinghillorchestra
