A month left to enter art competition with great prizes

Applications for Lacey Contemporary Gallery’s 2016 Summer Arts Prize can still be handed in. The competition is open to artists from anywhere in the world, and working in any medium including painting, sculpture, drawing, photography, video art, mixed media, textiles and digital art and 50 finalists works will be selected from the online entries to exhibit at the gallery for 3 weeks and be judged by a panel of industry professionals. Last year’s winner was Andrew Hladky, (in pic above with Andrew Lacey, director of Lacey Contemporary.) First prize is a £1,000 and runners up could with £500 Art Supplies Voucher from Great Art UK, a mentoring package worth over £500 from Be Smart about Art or a 3-month Exhibition of your work at the EMA offices, Canary Wharf. laceycontemporarygallery
