Local Artist in King’s Cross

Cara Mills is a Notting Hill home grown artist with a show over in King’s Cross. Her solo expo is on from 25th of last month at the Fiumano Projects. You will find no collection of paintings but installations or sculpture all with a bit of humour. I love the noisy painting machine that makes pictures for you. “The Labour of Ideas” is a long roll of paper with just that printed on it which is continually fed into a shredder producing a pile of paper snow. If you are in the King’s Cross environ – the place to be – pop in it is an inspiring show with five thought provoking pieces which are fun and messy. Cara is nearly always there. when she isn’t at the Royal College of Art where she is studying for a masters.caralouisemills.
