Life change book updated

New chapters have been added to a book which makes the menopause sound like the best thing that ever happened to you, your girlfriend, your wife or your sister. Notting Hill author Jill Shaw Ruddock is a fine example of how to surf the hormone wave in style (pic) and to bring all of us the best way to move on she has done extensive research on the latest science and done many interviews. The books new chapters include Looking Your Best without Plastic Surgery and updates on The Science of Hormones. As apparently in some women menopause can last up to 17 years, 17 YEARS, this book is well worth a gander. The good thing, apart from a beard, is that an uptick in testosterone means we get a new feeling of confidence and a strong sense of self.. That’s why post menopausal women are less focussed on nuanced conversation and behaviour and focus more on interests outside the home. “The change actually transforms reproductive years into self productive years,” says Ruddock. “Some women write first novels at 60,  we will change what it means to grow older, not to simply survive, but to thrive. We area changing how this generation and future generations grow old.” The book gives practical advice on how to harness the power of the oestrogen-free mind to make the most of new opportunities, Ruddock covers everything from money to the mind, dating to divorce, exercise to eating, and the libido to looking your best. You won’t regret buying it. Second-Half-Your-Life
