Kitchens, have you got one spare?

With every other house being purged of it’s contents to create fresh interiors for its new inhabitants, has anyone ever wondered where all the kitchens go? Some that are still in good condition are sold via theusedkitchencompany but there are many more that just end up in the skip. street bank is also a good source of all sorts of interesting things, spotted all sorts being given away there, even a pair of shorts, but no kitchen. Anyway, the lovely Alice Dawnay who founded the charity Switchback for young offenders has moved house but can’t afford a spanking new kitchen so if you or you know anyone locally who is refurbing and throwing out the kitchen sink will you think of her? Just freecycle it her way, you can contact us at mailto: [email protected] and you’ll be doing your bit for the climate at the same time.  And the charity looks really interesting too … switchback
