Kensington Park Hotel in court

Landlords, SWA Developments, are taking Kensington Park Hotel (corner of Ladbroke Grove and Lancaster Road) to court. They are trying to get the management out of The KPH with several claims including dilapidations and breach of tie. Once out it is rumoured the property will be turned into flats. The court case starts on Monday 9th March at 1030am  and is scheduled for three days.
