Casablanca evenings are being hosted by Future Cinema, part of the Secret Cinema crew, over in The Troxy. Not in Notting Hill, ‘tho it should be, The Troxy is on the Commercial Road (nasty long road that goes east) and anyone with a passion for Casablanca (the film) should don a slippery cocktail dress or black tie and get over there. Expect to walk into Rick’s Americain Cafe as one of the characters from the film – “Of all the gin joints in all the world”. Gather round Sam’s piano to sing and then dance to Benoit Viellefon and his orchestra. Yum – Moro is supplying the food to the Blue Parrot Cafe. There are secret bars and secret bands to find around the Troxy. This is live cinema and you will be in it. Tickets are still up fro grabs from 7th March to the 23rd. futurecinema.co.uk . To get you in the mood – Play it, Sam. Play As Time Goes By.  www.youtube.com AMANDA
