Tom's re-opens for spectacular foodie finale

Rumble 1For a few nights in November before it closes for good, Tom’s is opening for an amazing series of food competitions between top chefs. The rules are that the chefs have to buy the same fresh food in the market they day they will be doing their cook-off and then they have to cook a 3 course Italian inspired meal. The whole thing has been dreamt up by Ollie Templeton and Shuttlecock-Inc, who also thought up the popular Mile High evenings. Superchefs battling it out to see who’s King of the Rings will include the mouth-watering line up of Max Pasetti (Bocca di Lupo, Trullo), Ellen Parr (Art of Dining, Moro), Pratap Chahal (Le Manoir, Chez Bruce, Ramsay’s Claridges), Stephanie Boote (Last Days of Pisco), Freddy Pethick-Money (El-bulli, Dorchester), Tom Starker (Heston’s Dinner) and Tom Foster (St John, Boca di Lupo). From November 7th and running from Thursday -Saturday for the rest of the month at Tom’s Deli in Westbourne Grove. £55 tickets for six dishes (a starter, main and pudding from the evening’s two chefs), a Disaronno Sour cocktail on arrival and a digestivo once the dust has settled.
