Nomad for Christmas

33bffc87ab0094b0e7d5Nomad, the favourite itinerant cinema, will be popping up in Hyde Park for a few dates in December to bring you The Muppet Christmas Carol, It’s a Wonderful Life (sold out at the mo but there may be some returns or an extra date added), Elf and Gremlins. Worried about the cold – you will actually be in the Lookout (with underfloor heating) which will be transformed into a bit of a Christmas grotto for these screenings. On from Monday 9th-10th December, you can get there early for marshmallow toasting or you can make an artistic wreath out of stuff you have found in the park on the way. Alternatively hot foot it up to Kensal Rise to parent cinema the Lexi on 21st December for a Christmas special – of either Home Alone or It’s a wonderful life both screenings are in aid of a charity supporting children in Lynedoch Village in South Africa. Now orbit on an arc of festive glee. whereisthenomad.com and thelexicinema.co.uk
