Morning Glory, what’s the story?

article-2411595-1B9DF676000005DC-165_634x416Rave your way into the day. Morning Glory is a new/old form of exercise class held very wednesday in E2 (not Notting Hill but watch this space). Starting at 6.30am through to 10.30am you can rock up, expect to be there at least an hour, and dance or rave yourself awake. Coffee and smoothies are on hand as is a morning massage expert. Note this is not for after a heavy night out, it is conscious clubbing (love that) so don’t pitch up sloshed or you will be removed. Tickets are £12.50 online or £15 on the door, there are lockers for your stuff and the crowd will be very eclectic. Oh and you need to wear something you can dance in, PJs are acceptable. It is roughly a 12 minute walk from Bethnal Green Tube in ya pyjamas. If anyone fancies this I am desperate to go. www.morningglorylondon.co.uk
