Habits rule our lives, from the time we rise and go through our morning routine and fall asleep after our evening routine, says our lovely local life coach Louisa Burnand. On 11th November, there will be a class on Is It What You Really Want? : What Are You Overdoing? all about breaking bad habits. We hope that has nothing to do with hazelnut chocolate bars. Burnand says: “Our habits – worrying, exercising, sleeping, eating, drinking – dominate most of our time without us even realising it. This is manageable until our habits start becoming excessive. This workshop will firstly help you become aware of your habitual behaviour. It will then enable you to identify what it is that you really want and the habits you will need to adopt to get there.
