Help for Notting Hill children with dyslexia

A tutoring company called Help My Dyslexic Child has been launched to give support to dyslexic children, especially when it comes to exams. Founder Sam Greenwood not only has dyslexia, he is a trained teacher and also works as a public exam marker. “I think that combination is unusual,” he says, and it has helped him perfect a range of strategies to overcome a range of challenges dyslexic students face. “Tuition aims to help people pass exams and to help with the written essays too.”  He says he can always help with other aspects of dyslexia too. Greenwood can visit you child at home, which is £50/hour or he runs Saturday classes at Kensington Library for £30/hour.

Also, there are two talks coming up, Dyslexia and Psychology, on Tuesday 24th January at North Kensington Library, 6pm – 7.45pm and on Thursday 16th February,  Kensington Central Library, 6.30pm – 8pm. helpmydyslexicchild
