Raw Food for a Day is a new food delivery service from raw food restaurant Nama. Following the same meat, wheat, dairy and gluten-free ethos that has made Nama so popular with Notting Hill’s clean eaters, the package includes meals, snacks and drinks for a day.
Options will vary depending on the season, but dishes such as Nama favourite Spiced Apple Grawnola with activated almonds, sprouted buckwheat and spiced fruit served with fresh blueberries and cashew yoghurt, courgette pasta with Carbonara, and kale salad with sliced cucumber, hulled hemp seeds, sun-dried tomatoes, super sprouts and pumpkin seed dressing, will ensure subscribers can enjoy being a raw vegan for the day hassle free.
All made in the Nama kitchens, each Food for a Day Box contains snacks of miso soup, sauerkraut, fruit, activated nuts and seeds and a chlorella supplement. Drinks include an organic lemon for Nama’s recommended warm water and lemon first thing, a morning shot of turmeric, lemon, a morning juice or smoothie, an evening shot of aloe vera and a selection of herbal tea. Optional extras include green powder to flush out toxins, kombucha for allergy prevention and Epsom salts to aid toxin release. Oh my.
Nama’s Raw Food for a Day packages include the One Day “Refresh” Package (£70), Three Day “Refresh” or “Weekend” Package (£210) or Five Day “Energizing” Package (£340) and can be ordered on their website … namafoods
