Bush offers free tickets for West London locals

Anyone living or working in West London is invited to The Bush Theatre to watch a free performance of Where’s My Seat on Saturday 11th June and Tuesday 14th June at 7.30pm. To qualify you must provide the theatre with your local contact details and book by 31st May. You locals you, will help The Bush test drive their new venue, which is a rather grand Victorian Library on the Uxbridge Road, just round the corner from the old above-a-pub location. Where’s My Seat comprises three short plays by three Bush playwrights, performed in three different layouts. Part of the challenge is the plays will be inspired by nine curious objects from the National and incorporate six challenging stage directions from Alan Ayckbourn, Micheal Grandage and Bush Artistic Director, Josie Rourke (who incidentally is off to the Donmar at the end of the year). Feedback is expected every time the space is transformed, so be prepared to be forthcoming. [email protected]  – 020 87435050 and www.bushtheatre.co.uk.
