Food and World Music to raise money for energy projects

In a bid to raise money for sustainable energy projects around the world, there will be an eating and dancing extravaganza in Hyde Park this month. Some of London’s finest chefs will be cooking away, including Valentine Warner, Skye Gyngell of Spring restaurant, Fergus Henderson of St John restaurant. There will be musicians from Africa, Brazil and India including Mosi Conde Kaira Kora Afrika and while you are there you can bid for truly money-can’t-buy prizes including personal drumming lessons from The Cure’s Jason Cooper, a private dinner for eight from Wahaca and a week at an exclusive beach house in Antigua.

Ashden’s Party in the Park, Hyde Park, Thursday, 15th September from 7pm – 11pm. Tickets are £125 and all the money will go towards helping sustainable energy projects around the world. To buy tickets click here … ashdens-party-in-the-park Here’s more about the work Ashden does … .ashden
