Fancy winning a prize for your blooms?

Calling all Notting Hill’s green fingered residents and organisations. If you have a glorious garden, pretty planters or some superb shrubs nows your chance to get your grubby hands on a big silver trophy. It’s the time to enter Brighter Kensington and Chelsea’s Annual Summer Competition which started in 1953 to celebrate the Coronation of the Queen and help overcome damage from World War II.

Entry to the competition is free and all entry forms need to be in at least one week before the judging days. The available categories and judging days are as follows:

Garden Squares – Saturday 18th June

Private Entries – Saturday 25th June

Communal Entries – Thursday 16th June

Commercial Entries – Thursday 21th July
