Experience the Good Life early bird offer

For those not in the know the Good Life Experience is in its third year to be held on 16th, 17th and 18th September just outside Chester – two hours on the train from London – in Wales. Run and founded by Notting Hill locals the Gladstones who own Pedlars on Talbot Road and Cerys Matthews the musician and writer. Anyway the point is the Early Bird offer which enables you to book a bell tent for the two nights and get a cheaper deal on the tickets ends at Easter. This festival is a nice size so children can run wild, it celebrates all things good about life outdoors: cooking on a camp fire, making pots, painting, archery, axe throwing, eating, wild swimming and yoga. Of course there is a big music presence curated by Cerys in a massive tent with a bar – I recommend the cider. Expect lots of hipsters with children called Sage, Fennel and Basil. There is also an old fashioned fun fair and a late night outdoor rave. Finish off with a wicked cocktail and pass out in your bell tent (pic). Yaki da, but you need to book now. thegoodlifeexperience
