Rosie’s Thai chicken balls

Christmas is coming and children are home for every meal – I tried this on three of the fussiest children in West London and they gobbled it up like the Grandma in Red Riding Hood, slurp.

500g chicken thighs or breasts
1cm fresh root ginger
4 spring onions
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons chopped coriander
1 small red chilli
75g fresh white breadcrumbs
1 egg beaten
2 tablespoons fish sauce.

Shove everything in the blender, whizz then shape into balls and fry in a healthy oil. OMG delicious.
