Conservatives win Norland Ward

Conservatives led by Catherine Faulks won the Norland Ward by-election yesterday with a convincing 675 votes, followed by Labour with 438; Lib Dems with 358 votes and last but not least UKIP with 69 votes. Faulks, who has lived in Notting Hill for 25 years, was the only candidate living in the borough. She promises to drive down crime in the area.
