An exhibition of African art

Nine artists have been selected to show an array of paintings, textile works, sculptures and drawings that convey the personal, physical, and philosophical journey of artists from Africa. Called African Routes the show explores the current and future landscape of the African art market. As part of this three week exhibition, Lacey Contemporary will be hosting a discussion forum chaired by members of the British Black Female Artists collective focusing on the experience and creative practice of its members on Wednesday 27th January. Lacey Contemporary Gallery, Clarendon Cross, 20th January to the 6th February. laceycontemporarygallery
