North Kensington artists in new film

Artists of North Kensington are the focus of a new film Standing at the Crossroads.  Produced by pupils of St Thomas’ CE Primary School the 50 minute documentary is part of a larger project which explores the history of Notting Hill by focussing on culture and the arts. Local creatives interviewed for the film include Niles Hailstones, Emzee Haywoode and Huey Walker, Carl Gabriel, Sam Dubois (of Ebony, pic above) and Charlie Philips..

At The Tabernacle, Monday 6th June, presentation 5.45pm and screening 6pm. For free tickets rsvp to  [email protected] with the number of guests. The school is keen for the screening to be a community event, and for the pupils to have a large audience to make it a really special evening for them.
